Peter Salmeron attended Wichita State University where he studied Liberal Arts and graduated at the University of Kansas with a degree in Science and Biology. Peter has 25 years of experience as the President of Complete Landscaping Systems, Inc. The company does Landscaping design, installation and maintenance for residential, commercial and government accounts.

Complete Landscaping Systems was a Metro award finalist in 1995 and again in 1999, recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the metro area. His company has also been recognized at the national level for their safety record. Mr. Salmeron was recognized as the businessperson of the year by the Small Business Administration in 2000.

Peter is the past president of the Mid-America Green Industry Council, past president and current board member of the Wichita Garden Show, past board member of the Wichita Executive Association, alumni of Leadership Wichita, and past member of the executive board of the Wichita Chamber of Commerce. He is also past president of Amigos de Ser an organization that provides scholarships to Hispanic Students. Mr. Salmeron is the present Chairman of the Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Peter is a past board member of the Wichita Conventions Bureau and Parish council member of Our Lady of Perpetual help.
